  • Another Ancon entrepreneur! Staff member Donisha Hines and her husband Gregory embark on an entrepreneurial journey with their unique business of photo designs, gift baskets, original poetry, shadow boxes, and so much more. Unique DezHines is located inside The Market in Clinton, MD. Way to keep the entrepreneurial spirit going!
  • Ancon wins two more contracts with DOL. These multi-year contracts valued at $3M each are for technical and non-technical staffing, as well as program and technical support.
  • Anthony Evans earns his Master's of Divinity degree. Congratulations to Anthony on achieving this monumental goal! Hard work and dedication pays off!

  • Ancon's own Donna Ware, carries on the entrepreneurial spirit. Long-time staff member Donna Ware and her husband Keith launch a business in Washington, DC. The store, called Eco-Green Living, carries natural, organic, and fair trade products for home and family. Congratulations Donna and Keith!

  • Ancon staff member, Buck Jeppson, helps design and contribute to the new www.plainlanguage.gov site. The site provides valuable resources and information on the government's plain language initiative.

  • Conni Evans was featured speaker at the STC Baltimore Chapter's October meeting. She spoke about achieving the "perfect fit" of work styles, learning styles, and personalities in and out of the workplace.

  • Ancon awarded 8(a)STARS GWAC. This contract vehicle is for information technology services. Go to Contracts > 8(a)STARS for more information.

  • Ancon has been saluted for outstanding support by a women-owned business for the Department of Labor (DOL). This special recognition is a part of the Women's History Month activities at DOL. Ancon was the only women-owned business chosen by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for this special recognition.
